Lecturer in English
Seyit is a lecturer in Academic English at the Language Centre, Groningen University. He holds an MA and a PhD in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from the University of Leicester, UK. His main area of research is the design, development and evaluation of language teaching and learning materials. He also experience with Academic English, Professional Development, Lesson Study (Research Lesson), Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL), Management in ELT, Curriculum Development, Course and Syllabus Design, SLA and ELT methodology and pedagogy. Within BALAB he is teaching English language courses to older adults through an online English course.
